We provide services within:

  • solar systems
  • battery solutions and BESS
  • energy advisory
  • data centre, AI and mining power solutions
  • EV charging solutions
  • wholesale and distribution

This covers design, engineering, simulation, documentation, sourcing, project management, installation coordination and advisory.

No products are sold and no payments are made through our website. The website is used to present our services and receive inquiries.

"Consumer" means a private person using our services mainly for purposes outside their trade or business. "Business customer" means any other client.

2. Inquiries and offers

Sending an inquiry through our website, by email or by phone is free and does not bind you to anything.

Based on your inquiry, we prepare a written offer describing the scope, price, timeline and conditions of the service. Unless stated otherwise, offers are valid for 30 days.

Our offers are based on the information you provide, such as site conditions, roof type, consumption data and grid capacity. If the actual conditions differ, we may need to adjust the scope, timeline or price. We will always agree any change with you before continuing.

3. Agreement

An agreement is made when you accept our written offer, in writing or by email. The accepted offer and any contract, together with these terms, make up the full agreement. If there is a conflict, the offer or contract takes priority over these terms.

Changes to the agreed scope must be agreed in writing and may affect price and timeline.

4. Prices and invoicing

Prices and payment terms are stated in the offer or contract for each project.

Prices for consumers include 25% VAT. Prices for business customers are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

We invoice according to the terms in the agreement. For late payment we may charge interest and reminder fees under the Danish Interest Act (renteloven).

5. Our responsibilities

We carry out our services professionally, carefully and in line with applicable Danish rules and standards.

Electrical installation work is carried out by certified Danish electricians and installation partners. It is registered and tested before handover.

We handle the documentation, grid registration and approval processes described in the agreement.

6. Your responsibilities

You must:

  • give us correct and complete information about the site, property, consumption and your needs
  • give us or our partners access to the site at the agreed times
  • get any consent needed from co-owners, landlords, housing associations or others with rights to the property
  • tell us about conditions that may affect the work, such as roof damage, asbestos, or existing electrical faults

Unless the agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for the condition of the property, including the roof and its load-bearing capacity.

7. Timelines and third parties

Timelines in our offers are estimates based on the information available when the offer is made.

Processing times at grid operators (DSO/TSO), municipalities and other authorities, and delivery times from manufacturers, are outside our control. Delays caused by them are not a breach of the agreement by us, but we will keep you informed and do what we can to limit them.

8. Reports, simulations and advice

Our reports, simulations and calculations are based on data, assumptions, weather data, electricity prices, tariffs and rules that apply when they are prepared. This includes PVsol production estimates, economic forecasts, ROI and feasibility studies, and load assessments.

They are professional estimates, not guarantees of future production, savings or returns. Final decisions based on our advice are your own.

9. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

If you are a consumer and the agreement is made at a distance or outside our business premises, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is made. Examples of a distance agreement are one made by email or phone.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@astroenergi.dk before the period ends.

If you ask us to start the service within the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you must pay for the part of the service already performed.

The right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed, if you asked for performance to start and accepted that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is complete.

10. Complaints and defects

If you believe our service has a defect, contact us in writing as soon as possible after you discover it, with a description and, if possible, photos. We will then fix the defect within a reasonable time.

Consumers can complain about defects for up to 2 years under Danish law.

Business customers must report defects without undue delay. Our liability is limited to fixing the defect or a proportionate price reduction, at our choice.

Components installed as part of a project, such as solar panels, inverters, batteries and chargers, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We help you make claims with the manufacturer.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost production, lost profit, lost savings or operational interruption, except where mandatory law requires it.

For business customers, our total liability is limited to the agreed price for the service concerned, unless there is gross negligence or intent.

Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's rights under mandatory Danish law.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations caused by circumstances outside our control. Examples include war, natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruption, supplier delays, and decisions by authorities or grid operators.

13. Intellectual property

All content on astroenergi.dk, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to AstroEnergi ApS or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Reports, drawings, 3D visualisations and calculations we prepare may be used by you for the project they were made for. They may not be shared commercially, resold or used for other projects without our written consent.

14. Use of the website

The information on our website is general and for guidance only. It does not replace a specific offer or professional advice for your project. We work to keep the information correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors.

15. Personal data

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

16. Complaints and disputes

If you are unhappy with our services, contact us first at info@astroenergi.dk, and we will try to find a solution together.

Consumers can also complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus / Forbrugerklagenævnet), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.naevneneshus.dk. Guidance is available from the Centre for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning) at www.forbrug.dk.

17. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes with business customers are settled by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance. Consumers can always bring a case where mandatory law allows it.
